Our Approach
Application
The first step in the rental process. Fill out our application and we will put your information through a quick background and credit check. If things come back good, we move on to lease signing.
Leasing and Signing
We will set up a day that fits your schedule for the lease signing process. We pride ourselves in having a comprehensive lease. During signing, we will touch on any important lease stipulations you need to be aware of. After signing, you will be provided with a copy of the lease and keys to your new residence.
Rental terms
Typically we offer 12 month leasing, but we can accomodate other situations on a case-by-case basis. We do require a rental deposit to move forward with the leasing process. If your lease begins any time other than the 1st, your first payment will be prorated.
Rent payment
We offer a wide range of rental payment services. We accept cash, checks and money orders, as well as online credit card payments and ACH transactions
Credit card payment has a small percentage-based transaction fee, but ACH has no attached fees.
Maintenance
Carriage Work Lofts has a skilled and professional maintenance team ready to assist you with any problems that arise. If you have any issues, you can give the office a call and we will set up a time for repairs. All repair services will be scheduled ahead of time and communicated clearly.
